About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting new system features to elevate customer experience and ensure seamless operations. You will help shape and drive key initiatives that enhance customer experiences, streamline frontline operations, and enable strategic transformation across the bank's retail lending portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coordinating the delivery of business and product initiatives across the Home Loans portfolio.
2. Serving as the key liaison between delivery squads, operational teams, and senior stakeholders.
3. Defining, tracking, and reporting on business requirements, project milestones, and benefits realisation.
4. Translating complex business problems into actionable, value-driven outcomes.
5. Ensuring business readiness through proactive planning, strong communication, and collaborative execution.
6. Representing business priorities in Agile ceremonies and governance forums, partnering with product owners, analysts, and tech leads.
7. Developing clear, actionable business and product requirements.
8. End-to-end planning and delivery of initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
9. Engaging with stakeholders across Retail Distribution, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams.
10. Creating and rolling out support tools, training materials, and user guides for frontline and back-office staff.
11. Coordinating UAT and validation of business solutions with key feedback loops.
12. Ongoing tracking of initiative outcomes and performance against KPIs.

About You
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Senior Business Project Manager or Product Manager in large-scale financial services environments. They should possess a strong understanding of Home Loans or Retail Banking operations, along with proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment with multiple delivery partners and stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and experience with Agile squads is also essential. Additionally, exceptional communication skills are required – clear, confident, and tailored to diverse audiences.
