* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team.
* This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing customer sales and service transactions with customers. You will also manage high value transactions accurately, conduct and process identity services transactions, and promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling activities.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team, assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs, building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs, and assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You should be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
