This is a Permanent Full-time position located in Paradise Point Queensland.
What youll bring to the role
To succeed in this role youll drive the branchs growth through leadership team coaching and business development.
Wed love you to have :
People leadership with the ability to develop coach and manage staff performance
Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential)
Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations
Understanding of financial management business acumen and risk framework
The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance
High level of understanding of lending products policies and regulations
Knowledge of retail branch operations
