What You'll Do
* Conduct property inspections, PCRs and compliance checks
* Coordinate responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance
* Oversee essential services (fire, lifts, HVAC, security, common areas)
* Manage contractors and monitor service quality
* Maintain accurate asset data and report risks or upgrade needs

About You
* 3-5 years in facilities, property maintenance or building services
* Confident with inspections and identifying maintenance needs
* Experience in high-density housing ideal (unit complexes, apartments, townhouses)
* Experience in Social Housing ideal but not required
* Strong contractor coordination experience
* Solid WHS knowledge + comfortable with digital systems
* C Class licence
