The Role
As a senior civil engineer, you will:
* Lead and manage the design and delivery of civil projects
* Mentor and support a team of engineers and drafters
* Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
* Oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion

About You
* Chartered Civil Engineer (or working towards chartership)
* 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
* Strong leadership and communication skills
