The Role:
As our Executive Sales Assistant, you will be the trusted partner to our Director, Jacob McFarlane. With 19 years of industry experience, Jacob is an award-winning and top-performing agent known for his youthful energy, dynamic approach to real estate, and genuine, down-to-earth honesty. He is recognised for being reliable and real, ensuring that clients and team members alike feel valued and supported.

Day-to-Day Activities:
* Documentation & Marketing Support: Prepare essential documents, marketing kits, and materials to assist Jacob in securing new business and maintaining a professional image.
* Client Guidance: Provide support to prospective buyers by handling enquiries, showcasing properties, and discussing offers to ensure a smooth transition to their new homes.
* Vendor Management: Work closely with the lead agent to manage vendor relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring consistent communication and support.
* Appointment Management: Organise and schedule appointments, including photoshoots and property inspections, to keep listings well-managed and attractive.
* Assist with Open Homes: Help coordinate open homes, ensuring properties are well-presented and providing a welcoming atmosphere for potential buyers.
* Social Media Engagement: Manage and update social media platforms to promote listings and enhance the agency's online presence. Fully supported by our internal marketing team.
* Sales Team Support: Work closely with Jacob and the wider sales team to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently, allowing focus on closing sales.
