At the forefront of culinary excellence, we seek a visionary Culinary Director to spearhead our daily meals and events.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with limited weekend and night shifts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of chefs, overseeing catering and stock controls, and managing food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes.
As an experienced Culinary Director, you will champion food safety and quality, ensuring compliance with OH&S and HACCP standards while minimizing waste. Your expertise in HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices will be invaluable in this role.
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
* At least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef in high-volume or structured environments
* Confident leadership skills with experience in training, development, and team engagement
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure
