They are seeking an Internal Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, to manage customers/clients, orders, and enquiries that come through daily.

Carlton location
Inbound calls only
Monday to Friday & Saturday
Rotating roster - Up to 10 hour days
Work autonomously as well as in a team
What do you do?
Receiving & processing customer orders in a timely manner
Answer high volume in-bound calls
Process counter sales
Processing supplier purchase orders
Answering telephone enquiries
Communicate & liaise with internal departments, customers/suppliers
What do you need?
Experience within construction industry preferred
Brilliant computer skills & attention to detail mandatory
Ability to multi-task & great communication skills
A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
Excellent time management skills
Ability to use own initiative & great work ethic
