Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional after-sales technical support services to our customers worldwide.
This role involves:
* Delivering timely solutions to customer problems via email, phone, or instant messaging software
* Gathering and summarizing relevant information for product quality improvement initiatives
* Conducting on-site service when necessary to resolve user issues
* Assisting installers during home PV power plant installation and operation
* Training customers on product use and after-sales processes
Requirements
* Possession of a degree in Power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation-related field (bachelor's or higher)
* Proficiency in computer and office software operations
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English and ability to work effectively with customers
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel for work purposes
