About the Role
We are growing and looking for a hands-on, Groundsman to join our team.
This is a dynamic, outdoor role where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality turf maintenance across a range of commercial and residential properties, including sports fields.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Precision mowing (reel mowing, zero-turn, and commercial equipment)
* Brush cutting and edging
* Green waste clearing and removal
* Weed, pest, and disease control
* Sports field line marking
* Turf preparation and laying
* Irrigation installation and maintenance
* Safe and efficient operation of turf machinery (mowers, hedgers, blowers, and hand-held equipment)
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands what “next-level presentation” looks like.
Essential:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Solid work ethic and reliability
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
* Commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Current Class C Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
* Experience maintaining sporting fields or high-end turf
* Knowledge of reel mowing and professional turf equipment
* Certificate III in Parks & Gardens, Horticulture, or Turf Management (or working towards)
