About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our Brisbane Northside Emergency team on a casual basis. You will be an integral part of the team that is passionate about making a difference to the lives of those you care for, while making a positive contribution to the overall standard of care delivered.

Requirements and Responsibilities
* Flexibility to integrate into a 24‐hour roster, day/evening/night shifts is essential
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist, or similar role
* Strong customer service skills
* Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
* Understanding of medical terminology is preferable
* Professional liaison with colleagues, patients, visitors, and medical professionals
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Excellent telephone manner
* Attention to detail with strong organisational and time‐management skills
* Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment
