About The Role
- Foreman / Site Manager to deliver a new build double storey luxury home in Freshwater.
- $3m value project.
- Required to manage the build from demolition through to completion.
- Monday to Friday working week.
- Immediate start.
- Subcontract arrangement - $75 to $80 per hour + GST.
Duties
- Site management of trades and staff.
- Quality assurance.
- Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Scheduling trades.
- Ordering materials.
- Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
- Site progress reports.
- Site inductions and toolbox talks.
- WH&S.;
Skills & Experience
- Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
- Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
- Good attention to detail.
