The opportunity:
Goodlife Health Clubs is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Executive to play a key role in shaping how we connect with current and future members. In this role, you'll bring campaigns and content to life across multiple channels, driving brand growth, generating leads, and elevating member engagement.
Working hand-in-hand with our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships - executing each initiative with precision, timeliness, and a keen eye for brand alignment.
This is a highly collaborative position where you'll partner with Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Your ability to build strong relationships and coordinate across teams will be the key to seamless execution.
We're looking for a proactive self-starter - a creative thinker with a strategic mindset - who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll take ownership of campaigns, product launches, and content creation, ensuring every initiative not only makes an impact but also embodies the Goodlife brand.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Campaign Delivery & Project Management
* ; Support the end-to-end rollout of campaigns, product launches and tactical promotions.
* ; Ensure campaigns are integrated across all owned channels (digital, social, email, app, in-club, print, video, audio).
Content & Channel Management
* ; Own the day-to-day management of organic social strategy, content calendar and community engagement.
* ; Develop and deliver content including blogs, newsletters, landing pages
Partnerships & Sponsorships
* ; Support the execution of brand partnerships and sponsorship activations, ensuring assets and campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to strategy.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Support
* ; Act as a key contact across Marketing, Creative, Operations and external agencies to coordinate campaign deliverables.
* ; Manage feedback loops with stakeholders, consolidating inputs into clear actions.
* ; Build strong relationships across departments to enable fast, accurate delivery.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
* ; Monitor and analyse channel and campaign performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations.
* ; Share learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of campaign planning and execution.
What you'll bring:
* ; Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within consumer, retail, lifestyle or service industries.
* ; Proven ability to manage and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
* ; Experience in partnerships, sponsorships or events marketing execution.
* ; Strong writing and content development skills across digital, social and member communications.
* ; Highly organised with excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
* ; Collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
