**Strategic Market Lead**
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in Sydney. This pivotal role involves acting as the strategic co-pilot to the Australian Sales Director while owning market revenue and yield analytics.
The successful candidate will have deep programmatic expertise, drive local business growth, and serve as a regional subject matter expert for APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Australia Country Strategy & GTM
• Partner with the Australian Ads Sales Director to define the local commercialization strategy.
• Determine prioritized focus areas including agency targets and DSP launch strategies.
• Serve as the central point of contact for local cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Legal, Marketing) representing Ads business interests.
• Programmatic Leadership (Regional SME)
• Leverage expertise to lead programmatic strategy for the region.
• Revenue & Yield Analytics (RYA)
• Analyze transactional data, CPM trends, inventory delivery, and advertiser tier performance to maximize yield.
• Lead standardized business reporting for key AU stakeholders, uncovering insights to inform trading decisions and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, media strategy, or ad-tech companies.
• Programmatic Expertise: Deep knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad-tech ecosystem is critical.
