About this role
As a Customer Relations Representative based in our new Geebung head office, you'll join a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent service and support. In this key role, you'll connect with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and vendors to address enquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and strengthen relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Actioning requests from all internal and external customers either via email, phone or system generated requests.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints regarding service and re‐direct when required.
* Accurately administer customer service functions, requests, purchase orders, credits, and other relevant data in a fast‐paced regulated environment.
* Plan and manage daily customer relations activities to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of all customer‐related requests, orders and returns.
* Work with various systems and processes.
* Provide cross‐functional support to stakeholders, facilities, education, and clinical teams.
* Maintain Applied Medical's quality standards regarding our products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
* Observe all Health & Safety policies and procedures and take reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others.
About You
* 1–2 years' experience providing customer service in a medical or healthcare environment is valued but not essential.
* Previous use of SAP in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work flexibly with various work demands in a fast‐paced environment.
* High level of computer literacy working with MS Office Suite and data management software and an initiative‐taking approach to learning.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
* Professional written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to take initiative, solve problems and resolve complaints with confidence and maturity.
* Exhibits a positive, can‐do mindset when approaching new challenges while supporting leadership as needed.
