Your role as Events Team Leader will be to ensure the flawless execution of all events by creating memorable experiences for our quests. Working closely with our Events Coordinator, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of colleagues working in the events service department.
In this Events Leader role, every day you will:
* Engage with our Guest to provide the best possible service by anticipating their needs
* Become the main point of contact for the event host and assist in making their special event memorable
* Connect and identify Guests needs by asking the right questions and creating rapport immediately
* Be enthusiastic, thoughtful, and a problem solver
* Manage high energy, fast-paced events operations that provides Guests with a dynamic and memorable experience
* Assist Event Hosts and Guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs while using all available resources
* Plan and execute events with minimum supervision
* Effectively Collaborate with other club departments to ensure smooth event operations
To this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in events/ restaurant setting operations is desired but not necessary
* Outgoing and inclusive personality
* Efficient problem-solving skills
* Full Australian working Rights
* Flexibility to work split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays
* A current RSA and RCG
