Your Mission
Own the Operations
* Lead and manage daily plant performance across all four sites – production, scheduling, quality, inventory, fleet, safety and reporting.
* You set the standard; the team follows your lead.
Drive Sales & Business Development
* Get out into the community, build partnerships, and connect with builders, contractors, councils and local industry.
* Spot opportunities, convert them, and grow the region.
Lead a High‐Performing Team
* Coach, support, motivate and develop a close‐knit team across multiple locations.
* Create a culture where people feel valued, supported and proud of the work they deliver.
Shape the Future
* Keep an eye on market shifts, competitor activity and customer needs.
* Bring fresh ideas, influence decisions and help shape our Northern Tas strategy.
