Responsibilities -
* Provide excellent customer service to our valued patients with a positive attitude
* Be a team player who has a caring and friendly nature
* Book patient appointments and coordinate logistics such as forms, lab work and deposits etc
* Process all payments
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice and eagerness to improve/accept guidance
* Reliable, mature, and strong sense of responsibility
* Highly organised
* Initiative, time-management skills, and flexibility
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* keeping stock list
* well verse with Infection control
