About The Role
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability, supported by hands-on manual testing experience.
This role is centred on understanding business needs, clarifying requirements, translating conversations into structured documentation, and ensuring that testing activities are aligned with expected outcomes.
You will act as the communication link between business stakeholders and technical teams, bringing clarity to processes, requirements, and delivery expectations.
Manual testing will be an important part of your work, but the core value you bring is your ability to interpret, communicate, and influence.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engaging directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements
* Facilitating discussions between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding
* Preparing clear documentation, including business requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test artefacts
* Planning and executing manual test activities to validate functionality against business needs
* Coordinating and supporting UAT, guiding stakeholders through structured test cycles
* Managing defects and ensuring resolution aligns with functional and non-functional requirements
* Contributing to the improvement of communication practices, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks

* Accurate and complete interpretation of business requirements
* Clear, consistent, and proactive communication across all stakeholder groups
* Well-structured documentation enabling efficient delivery and smooth testing cycles

About You
You are a business-focused communicator with a strong analytical mindset.
You enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and translating ideas into clear requirements and testable outcomes. You can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, developers, and end-users, adjusting your style to suit the audience. You are detail-oriented, organised, and capable of driving clarity in both documentation and delivery.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* Significant experience in a Business Analyst, Business-facing, or hybrid BA/Test role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to engage non-technical stakeholders
* Strong ability to document requirements, processes, and acceptance criteria
* Hands-on manual testing experience, including test planning, execution, and defect management
* Experience coordinating UAT and guiding business users through structured test phases
* Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships across teams

* Experience in environments with legacy, integration, or multi-platform systems
* Prior involvement in continuous improvement or documentation uplift initiatives
