What you'll be responsible for
* Provide strategic financial leadership and governance for the Alliance partnership
* Develop and optimise financial models and forecasting frameworks
* Manage complex ERP systems integration and enhancement
* Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes
* Direct Alliance progress claims and performance metrics analysis
* Lead budgeting cycles with comprehensive variance reporting
* Implement robust financial control and compliance measures
* Conduct thorough Value for Money (VFM) assessments
* Oversee capital expenditure governance and monitoring
* Develop insightful financial reporting dashboards
* Review Enterprise Agreements for payroll compliance
* Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
* Drive financial process optimisation initiatives
* Monitor operational variations and capital projects
* Coordinate external financial verification processes
* Deliver strategic financial advice to Alliance leadership
* Establish best practice financial governance frameworks
What you'll need to be successful
* Qualified accountant with alliance/partnership experience is preferred
* Advanced ERP systems expertise
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
