We are looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our Mulgrave Head Office team.

This role is perfect for someone who's
relentless in the pursuit of results
, confident on the phone, and ready to make a big impact.

What You'll Do

* Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to qualified prospects.
* Use a consultative approach to understand business challenges and position BBG's value.
* Book 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week
for our Business Development Managers.
* Manage follow-ups and nurture warm leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referral sources.
* Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate notes and next steps.
* Report daily and weekly on activity and conversion rates.

What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in
outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development
(or the attitude and resilience to learn fast).
* Strong communication skills – confident, persuasive, and consultative.
* Resilience and tenacity – you love a challenge and don't give up easily.
* Ability to stay organised and hit activity and performance targets in a high-energy environment.

Bonus points for:

* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
* Exposure to the trade, construction, or professional services sectors
