The Opportunity
As Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic vision into operational excellence in this newly created role. This is an opportunity to build systems, culture, and strategy from the ground up and make a lasting impact across the organisation and the communities it serves.
Position Details
* Permanent full-time
* Salary of up to $190,000.00 per annum
* Up to $5,000 relocation assistance available
* Short-term accommodation provided on arrival

Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational planning, systems implementation, and continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with legislation and accreditation standards (ISO, RACGP, NDIS)
* Oversee corporate services, financial planning, and resource management
* Drive workforce development, performance culture, and organisational safety
* Support capital investment and long-term strategic growth
* Build strong relationships and represent the organisation in key partnerships

Who We're Looking For
* Qualifications in Business, Health Administration, Management or similar
* 5+ years' executive leadership experience in health or community services
* Strong corporate, financial and operational leadership capability
* Understanding of Aboriginal primary health care and cultural competence
* A flexible, adaptable leader who thrives in a changing environment
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
