Achieve Something Great
Lead a high‐performing surgical ward within one of NSW's major trauma and principal referral centres, delivering complex, high‐acuity care while advancing clinical excellence and leadership capability.

* Lead and shape clinical excellence across diverse specialties including ENT, head and neck surgery, ophthalmology, urology, trauma, and complex general surgery.
* Drive advanced neurosurgical and plastics care within a fast‐paced, high‐acuity clinical environment.
* Influence patient outcomes through strong multidisciplinary collaboration across key surgical specialties.
* Optimise ward operations, patient flow, and staffing to ensure safe, efficient, and high‐quality care delivery.
* Champion evidence‐based practice, safety initiatives, continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic service development within the SWSLHD surgical stream while growing your leadership career.
