We have 2 fantastic opportunities in our Loganholme office for highly motivated experienced Junior/Legal Assistants to join our National Work & Road team. These role will have you supporting the Workers' Compensation or Motor Vehicle Accident team. These opportunities are full time however we are open to discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.
This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Daily duties will include:
- File administration
- Diary management
- Liaising and corresponding with clients
- Generating and editing written correspondence
- Producing and filing various court documents.
What you will bring?
- Experience in legal support or administration preferred
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Outstanding communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- A willingness to learn
