**About the opportunity
**We are currently seeking an energetic and confident Office Manager to join our Finance Shared Services team located in Adelaide. Reporting to the Finance and Support Team Lead, the primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a smooth running FSS office by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and team oriented tasks.
**What you'll do
- Attend meetings with managers taking notes and following up actions.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Organise induction programmes for new employees.
- Manage team broadcasts and site specific communications.
- Manage site specific incident reporting (i.e. via Pulse).
- Organise team events across sites and conferences.
- Organise external/ internal meetings as required and book transport and accommodation when appropriate.
- Order stationery and IT equipment.
- Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries.
- Processing invoices and coding Expense 8 transactions.
**What you'll bring
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheet skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- Positive 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to engage, motivate and inspire others.
