Job Opportunity
We are seeking a committed individual to join our organisation as a Supported Independent Living Youth Support Worker on a permanent part-time basis.
As a youth worker in this role, no day is the same and it can vary from attending appointments, assisting the young person to maintain their home, or supporting them to access the community.
* Part-time Employment (30 hour minimum)

About The Role
The Supported Independent Living program is designed to cater to young people aged from 16 years old in attaining their own residence, and then stepping them through the skills required to maintain independent living, including budgeting, maintaining amenities, accessing education and employment opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3 years' experience working with young people in an ITC and NDIS environment.
* Completed Diploma of Community Services or equivalent.
* Demonstrated experience in management and leadership of employees.
* Demonstrated autonomy when supporting multiple clients.
* Knowledge of Needs Based Framework, TCI concepts and strategies.
* Strong knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
* High level written, communication and time management skills.
* Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
