About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to provide exceptional support to customers in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer service
* Manage customer inquiries with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Work effectively in an office environment
* Utilize intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams
* Maintain strong email etiquette and adapt quickly to new systems
Requirements
* 2–3 years' customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
* Previous government experience is a plus but not required
