Project Manager - Finance Transformation
You will be joining a renowned ASX200 company in the infrastructure sector. The company is relentlessly committed to fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, with a clear strategy and action plan.
This business is currently going through a critical cash management transformation program run between the group treasury department in coordination with operations. This role, reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, will be the sole project manager driving accountability and outcomes.
Whilst this is a 9-month contract there are additional opportunities beyond this project that could lead to a longer stint.
Core responsibilities:
* Play the role of key conduit between the solution provider, finance/treasury and operations, liaising between all 3
* Draft principle-based framework of requirements for the project management plan
* Assist in development of Gantt chart and final requirements list
* Ensure all responsible parties are delivering on time and to task
* Hold all key stakeholders accountable on execution of the project plan
* Support the BU's in testing requirements
* Ensure all tasks are documented and signed off
* Drive meetings, timelines and all project related tasks
Who you are:
* Experience and understanding of Finance/Accounting and in particular cashflow and cash management
* Espouse key project management attributes of methodical, organised, assertive, great communication skills, excellent stakeholder skills
* Experience in infrastructure, project-based industries highly regarded
