Roles
* Role 1 – Our client is a multinational green energy company. A leader in its industry. Commercial Manager to join the Melbourne office. Suitable candidates have experience across supply contracts, renewable energy and/or construction/infrastructure projects. This role manages the pre-execution negotiation and approval process for an OEM supply contract and works with the Head of Commercial and global teams to ensure robust supply and service contract structures.
* Role 2 – Our client is an internationally recognised transport solutions specialist. The company emphasises sustainable and innovative services and software and is a leader in the transportation industry. Commercial Manager to join the in‐house team in Sydney. This role suits Commercial Managers or Construction Lawyers with 4 to 8 years of front and back‐end experience. Responsibilities include managing contracts for major projects, drafting complex correspondence, building claims, negotiating dispute resolutions with project and commercial managers, preparing contract summaries, managing risk, and handling internal and external stakeholder relations.
