The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited to shape delightful experiences from the ground up.
This role is about building tools for product builders — designers, PMs, and engineers — helping them see and understand how their product actually works in the wild.
You\'ll simplify complexity.
Whether it\'s messy user journeys, inconsistent UI, or scattered analytics, your job is to turn it into something intuitive, useful, and clear.
You\'ll lead the design process from end to end: research, ideation, prototyping, and execution.
Along the way, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and customers to deliver solutions that are elegant, practical, and impactful.
What You'll Do
Own and lead the product design process for key features and improvements.
Collaborate with our founders, engineers, and customers to understand needs, define problems, and iterate on solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Establish and evolve our design system and visual language to ensure consistency.
Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and other research to validate concepts and designs.
Help shape a strong design culture, including documentation and feedback loops.
Who You Are
7+ years of product design experience in tech startups or fast-paced environments.
Proven track record designing intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital products.
Experience building tools — not just interfaces — with a strong sense for structure, workflows, and usability.
Ability to simplify complex systems into approachable, empowering experiences.
A portfolio showcasing your design thinking, process, and shipped work (UI/UX).
Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Figma (or similar).
Strong understanding of user research methods and how to apply insights.
Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and making trade-offs in early-stage environments.
Bonus: Experience in analytics tools, SaaS products, or complex domains.
