The role:
The Customer Service Officer role requires candidates that can work as part of a team contributing to a whole of government service. In this role candidates need a strong background in customer service/service delivery with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes in work priorities.
Duties of the position include but are not limited to:
* Responding to phone and email security clearance related enquiries
* Processing and transacting security clearance related products
* Working collaboratively within a diverse team and work environment
* Ongoing engagement with on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain customer service skills, systems and product knowledge
Ideal Candidate:
* Demonstrated ability to operate and produce high quality customer service outcomes in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
* Strong communication skills to support a diverse range of stakeholders
* Developed interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and adhoc tasks
* High level computer literacy, with demonstrated ability to learn new systems
Please note: There is no public transport directly to or close to the location of this department therefore a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential. This position is located in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide
