Description Our Multi-Property Human Resources Executive will support Human Resources Team, covering Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch, Four Points by Sheraton Perth and Aloft Perth. This role is a strong Talent Acquisition based role and is ideal for someone who wants to grow within Human Resources. Job Summary: The Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and an exceptional candidate experience across the Perth multi-property cluster (The Westin, Aloft, Four Points, and Courtyard). This role manages requisitions through mHUB, proactively sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, issues offers and employment contracts, and ensures a seamless onboarding handover to HR Operations. The position maintains accurate records and compliance with all legal and company standards. In addition to operational recruitment, the role partners with property leaders on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives, including college relations, career fairs, and recruitment events. While cross-functional HR support may be required, primary accountability remains Talent Acquisition. The Human Resources Executive role also serves as a custodian of Marriott’s culture and values and is expected to attend engagement activities and events outside regular business hours. Salary: $75,000 to $77,000 Candidate Profile: Essential: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline OR A Diploma of Human Resource Management or Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422) with HR responsibilities Preferred: Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations AHRI Practicing Certification (CPHR) or active enrolment in the AHRI Practicing Certification Program (APC), demonstrating alignment with the Australian HR Capability Framework. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of human resources, recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within the hospitality industry or a customer-centric environment.
