Gather by Cater Care is seeking a Full‑Time Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations at Ballarat Grammar in Wendouree, VIC.
As a Sous Chef with Cater Care, you'll play a key role in creating fresh, nutritious meals that contribute to the health and wellbeing of our students, staff, and visitors. Roster : Monday to Friday | 9:30am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Food preparation and presentation of all meals served including Residential Halls, Cafes and Event Catering
* Support bulk cooking operations
* Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
* Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
* Fast effective service provided with a smile
