Job Description
* Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans for the healthcare technology project.
* Coordinate and lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
* Collaborate with delivery vendor and business stakeholders to ensure seamless migration of data.
* Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Data Migration Lead Should Have
* Proven track record in data migration HRIS projects – Successfactors (highly desirable).
* Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and data standards.
* Experience in using ETL tools and data migration technologies.
