We are seeking a highly skilled Liquid Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to leverage your expertise in petrochemical business and marketing capabilities, including technical areas, cost accounting, contract administration, trade rules, and legal compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refining and petrochemical products, with at least 15 years of experience in progressively responsible marketing management roles. A Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, chemical engineering, or a related field is also required.
Key qualifications for this role include:
* A strong knowledge of crude oil and refined products markets
* Excellent sales and marketing techniques, including financial/accounting for credit risk and customer evaluation
* Line management capability and ability to promote team working and productive environment
Your responsibilities as a Liquid Product Marketing Manager will include:
* Safety Management: Encouraging all department members to maintain high safety standards by avoiding any type of incidents, enhancing safety activities, and complying with safety training courses
* Marketing & Sales Strategy Development: Setting and managing company's marketing & sales strategy in line with marketing committee directions
* Manage Marketer Performance: Managing marketer performance in terms of pricing, allocation, to achieve the highest performance toward company ultimate objective
* Quality Assurance Management: Managing and ensuring prominent level of customer satisfaction and meet expectation
* Manage regulation compliance to achieve sales & marketing strategy
* Customer Service: Making proactive customer visits to provide them with good service and support as required and deal effectively with customer complaints
* Business Expansion: Communicating with related party and collaborate with licensors for business growth and expansion
* Marketing & Sales Budget: Setting marketing & sales overall budget required to achieve the strategical objective
