Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist based in Cairns, QLD. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors, performing general front office duties, managing technician schedules and providing excellent customer service. The receptionist will also ensure the front office area is welcoming and organised at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
Greet and welcome clients
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Schedule jobs for a team of technicians
Provide general administrative support to the team
General administration tasks - filing, data entry,
Handling general customer enquiries and messages
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly demeanour
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential
