Job Description
* Provide clinical chairside assistance and support to the dentist during procedures.
* Deliver excellent patient care, both in the dental chair and at the reception desk.
* Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and ensure a clean, hygienic clinical environment.
* Manage dental stock and supplies, ensuring all equipment is available and in good condition.
* Perform receptionist duties, including handling patient bookings, enquiries, and managing phone and email communications.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth practice operations.
Qualifications
* Willingness to learn – Previous knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, or dental software is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide training and support to help you grow.
* Great with details – Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask will help you thrive in a busy, supportive clinic environment.
* People-focused – Excellent communication skills and a caring, positive attitude are what matter most when supporting our patients and team.
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is valued, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
Additional Information
Availability for occasional late-night shifts and weekends as required.
