About The Role
Intereach is seeking highly motivated, positive and caring individuals to become part of our dynamic aged care team in the role of Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care.
The role of Community Support Worker Home Care is to provide quality services and supports to people over the age of 65 to help them strengthen their capacity to continue with activities of daily living and stay connected to their community. Duties will include respite care, domestic assistance, personal care and other social services.
If you have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care, have experience in this field with a solid understanding regarding the needs of older people and their carers with the ability to engage and work in partnership to achieve their goals, then we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent part-time position based in Deniliquin.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (Home Care Employees) Level 4 or 5 with a starting hourly rate of $34.76 depending on qualification and experience.
