We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated
Room Leader
to join our early childhood education team. The Room Leader plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators in your designated room, delivering high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning, development, and wellbeing in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You\'ll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
