Our Mungari operation has a mine life through 2038, providing a stable and secure future for our employees. With recent upgrades to our processing plant, we are committed to delivering operational excellence and unique work experiences. Located in the Western Australia Goldfields, we provide attractive fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) rosters from Perth or local lifestyles in close-knit communities.

The role of Senior People & Culture Advisor will lead initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, improve site infrastructure, and elevate the liveability of our FIFO villages and residential communities. This includes creating an environment where people feel at home, even when away from home. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, building relationships and championing employee voices.

This is a key role contributing to making Mungari a place where people feel proud to work and have their needs genuinely heard and acted upon. It's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in others' lives while growing your own career in a supportive and inclusive environment.

To succeed, you'll have ideally worked in the mining industry and possess the following:

* Proven facilities management experience
* Solid computer literacy, including spreadsheets and databases
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and openness to learning
* Commitment to working safely always
* Ability to prioritise and schedule work effectively
* Demonstrated commercial acumen
