About You
Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.
Main Duties:
* Handle internal/external calls
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Maintain the switchboard databases
* Assist in organising and setting up the room for meetings and conferences
* General administrative duties, including assisting in the mailroom operation (handling mail/parcel, courier bookings, etc), raising and reporting faults
* Light cleaning duties
* Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence.
* Perform tasks to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction is achieved.
* Comply with Canon Business Services and client standards, policies, and codes of conduct.
* Responsible for adopting eco-friendly work practices and identifying opportunities for improving performance in environmental sustainability.
* Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
Key Requirements
* Hold a valid Driver's License (preferred)
* Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
* Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
* Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
