We are seeking a warm, reliable, and customer-focused Casual/Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our boutique stores in Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo.
Our stores specialise in comfortable and stylish everyday fashion for mature women. We pride ourselves on personalised service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for our customers.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Does not require full-time hours

About the Role:
* Providing warm, attentive customer service
* Assisting customers with styling and outfit selection
* Operating the POS system and processing sales
* Maintaining store presentation and restocking
* Supporting with stock organisation
* Opening and Closing the Store
Hours:
* Casual/Part-Time position with set, consistent weekly shifts
* Includes alternating Saturdays
* Suitable for someone who prefers structured hours and flexibility around family or other commitments
About You:
* Retail experience preferred but not essential
* Confident in communicating with mature customers
* Patient, friendly, and well presented
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Committed to being part of a small, supportive team
