Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you are a highly experienced sales leader with ownership of all new business acquisition to the Cashrewards platform. You will lead a small but highly-driven, fun loving and dedicated sales team that's truly merchant and member obsessed. The Revenue Team is responsible for ensuring that our supply of merchant offers meets member demands and that Cashrewards delivers the best possible merchant experience - both in terms of results, onboarding and after sales service - the whole journey must be as smooth and as seamless as possible.
- The Sales department is critical to the growth of the business and is being met by significant demand from both customers and merchants as the Cashback category surges in popularity.
- We are looking for an established sales leader, tasked with developing and executing a winning new business strategy with the purpose of securing top brands. This role will also involve coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring your team to be the best they can.

**Your Focus**:

- Lead the team to deliver against agreed OKR/P&L objectives cascaded from the Executive team.
- Build and execute a detailed plan to underpin achievement of revenue targets and North Star metrics (i.e., active member and transaction growth, omni channel offers), including goals around different Tiers and categories of merchants.
- Build and manage a robust / transparent and auditable pipeline of potential opportunities and ensure accurate revenue forecasts.
- Support your team to deliver against financial performance metrics: revenue, cost management, profitability, utilisation / ROI on headcount.
- Have oversight of delivering merchant outcomes ensuring we always meet or exceed merchant expectations.
- Perform broad market analysis and research to consistently be up to date with industry trends in relation to Cashrewards product, to be leveraged in sales.
- Build a strong understanding of key players and dynamics in the media, loyalty and eCommerce markets (key sales personas, advertisers, agencies, media partners etc); Understand Cashrewards' place in the ecosystem and how Cashrewards can add value.
- Predict and anticipate merchant business issues or problems for which Cashrewards can provide solutions and communicate this to clients in a way that progresses and closes sales.
- Demonstrate through actions that you position the client and their needs at the centre of all business dealings including communication, lifecycle management, execution and/or delivery.
- Develop major proposals, pricing solutions and negotiate contracts with merchants Negotiate Strategic agreements between Cashrewards and merchants that consider complex issues across time, industry, product, and service variations and resolves them in ways that all parties find satisfactory.
- Speak confidently about Cashrewards' media products and solutions in the market and be able to develop and convert proposals for media partner clients including pricing; the power to convince, ability to use presentation, verbal, conceptual and practical ways to demonstrate value and 'why Cashrewards'.Provide thought leadership within the Media, loyalty and retail industry verticals on new products and value to the Media industry.
- Proactively and continuously improve the efficiency of the business development and sales process.
- Represent Cashrewards professionally, and with professionalism; especially reflecting sales persona expectations.
- Coach, develop and inspire a team with the capabilities required to deliver outstanding work now and, in the future, and who are highly motivated and satisfied working at Cashrewards.
