What is it like to be a support worker with integratedliving?
Availability required: Mon to Fri, 8am–6pm. Travel required across North & West Launceston—specifically Prospect, Hadspen, Trevallyn, (West), Deloraine, Exeter, Deviot, Grindelwald, (North), and surrounding suburbs. We currently have positions available.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and medication assistance across client homes, following plan of care and safety guidelines.
Perform domestic assistance tasks: bed making, vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cooking, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
Assist with shopping and transportation; accompany clients to appointments or events as needed.
Document notes in the system after each visit using mobile apps for a clear, continuous record.
Engage with clients to build real connections, support independence, and contribute to positive daily experiences.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (Qualified Support Worker).
Driver's license, reliable car, comprehensive insurance; WWCC and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Tech-friendly: Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
