The Opportunity

As a Design Engineer in our Graduate Program, you will create detailed designs and drawings that show how electrical systems should be built and connected. The CPP Charles Wright Graduate Program spans 2 years and rotates you through HV substation, grid connection, Primary and Secondary Engineering, SCADA and Commissioning, giving you hands‐on exposure to major HV construction projects across Australia, including HV substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Windfarms.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Essential: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (or final year student), preferably within the last 4 years, with a specialisation in electrical, electronics and/or high voltage power engineering.
* Essential: Must be studying your undergraduate degree at an Australian University.
* A great attitude with a proactive mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
