Corporate and Commercial Lawyer or Associate Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Energy and Resources Lawyer or Associate to join our Corporate and Commercial section in Perth.
* Mergers, acquisitions, and equity capital markets transactions
* Joint ventures, offtake agreements, and farm-ins
* Regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance advice
* General commercial work
You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
* 2-4 years post-admission experience gained in a corporate and commercial law practice
* A strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the energy and resources sector
* Corporate/commercial law experience, including transaction document drafting and due diligence assistance
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously within a collaborative environment
* Possess a genuine passion for contributing to the growth and success of our corporate practice
