Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day restaurant operations in line with Pizza Hut brand standards
* Leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
* Overseeing staff rostering, recruitment, performance management, and training
* Ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer feedback professionally
* Managing food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance requirements
* Controlling labour, food costs, inventory, and store budgets
* Driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
* Ensuring store cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are met
* Liaising with the franchisee and head office as required
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant or fast-food management role
* Proven experience in people management and team leadership
* Strong knowledge of QSR or hospitality operations
* Ability to manage budgets, costs, and KPIs effectively
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
Experience within a Pizza Hut or similar QSR brand will be highly regarded.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
