Through integrated clinical services, advocacy, education, and community support, we work to enhance health outcomes across Western Australia.As we grow, we are seeking a strategic and values-driven Corporate Services Manager to lead operational functions that support our mission and help shape a sustainable future.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and sustainable running of the organisation.
You'll lead our core operational areas including finance, HR, IT, facilities, and support corporate governance.
You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to strengthen systems, improve processes, and ensure RCWA has the internal capabilities to support long-term growth.You'll also help foster an inclusive, values-led workplace by overseeing HR systems and policies and supporting initiatives that enhance our organisational culture.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee corporate governance and compliance with ACNC, Incorporated Associations Act, and other regulatory obligationsOversee financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, grant acquittals, reporting, and audits in collaboration with the CEO and external accounting supportProvide leadership for Medicare billing and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with health funding guidelines with our Practice ManagerLead operational support across IT systems, procurement, office administration, and facilities, including building maintenance and asset trackingSupport HR policies and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, contracts, and employee benefitsSupport compliance with workplace legislation and workplace health & safetyLiaise with external service providers including auditors, legal, IT, and HR advisorsContribute to strategic planning, risk management, and board reporting alongside the CEOWhat You'll BringTertiary qualifications in business, finance, HR or a related disciplineMinimum 5 years' experience in corporate services, finance, operations, or HRStrong understanding of governance frameworks, compliance, and financial management in not-for-profitsKnowledge of Medicare billing and health sector processes (highly regarded)Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skillsA collaborative, values-aligned mindset with a passion for ethical and purpose-driven workWhy Join RCWA?Be part of a growing organisation making a tangible impactFlexible work arrangements and supportive leadershipSalary packaging benefitsAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramOpportunity to shape internal systems and cultureSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeIndustries: Non-profit Organizations
