People & Culture Senior Coordinator
Based in Melbourne, you will be part of our respected People & Culture team, which is front and centre of Beca's 5-year Australian growth strategy.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional and accurate People & Culture advice across a range of generalist activities ensuring compliance with employment legislation and adherence to Beca policies in Australia and New Zealand.
* Create employment documentation from Letters of Employment to Employment variations.
* Promote learning and the sharing of knowledge and information across our People Advice team.
* Support the delivery of People & Culture related projects on time and within budget.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
* Network and actively participate with industry and professional bodies, keeping up to date with legislative developments and maintaining HR knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
* At least one year of relevant post‐qualification work experience within a People & Culture team in a large corporate entity.
* Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
* Positive, can‐do attitude and passion for creating and building connections across all levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, timely service.
* Enthusiasm for learning, sharing knowledge and contributing to our culture and values.
