Join A&L Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA Group, and support our builder clients in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You'll be the key link between our operations and customers—on the phone, via email, and occasionally on-site.
What You'll Do
* Schedule deliveries, services, and maintenance jobs
* Process quotes and orders with accuracy
* Respond to high volumes of emails and calls daily
* Visit builder sites and offices to maintain strong relationships
What You'll Bring
* Confident, professional presentation and communication
* Comfortable speaking with builders and supervisors
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term career
* SAP experience (a plus, not essential)
